Yamina faction chairman MK Nir Orbach today (Thursday) sent a warning letter before taking action to Arik Ben Shimon, the media advisor for 'Religious Zionism', and Bezalel Smotrich for spreading fake news. How can I switch banks with a click for free? • All questions and answers Where are the coronavirus tests performed? What test is done and when? All the information 7 million American children who were vaccinated are not wrong: We got vaccinated and you should get vaccinated too Has it been three months since your second vaccination? This is how you will protect yourself from the virus ""Arik Ben Shimon, the media advisor for the National Union and Bezalel Smotrich, is spreading fake news on a large scale on the WhatsApp application," Orbach claimed. In the letter, Orbach's lawyer noted that Arik Ben Shimon's WhatsApp status shared a past tweet by MK Nir Orbach, which was edited and changed to falsely present a statement by Orbach about the Negev. "The media advisor for the National Union proves that the National Union is spreading lies and fake news in an endless campaign to damage Orbach's good name." Arik Ben Shimon's representative stated: "When we receive the letter and not through the media, we will respond." His associates said: "Orbach would do well to be busy protecting the Negev as he promised. And not by keeping quiet." In a later post on his Facebook page, Ben Shimon wrote: "I understand that Nir Orbach is under pressure. Rightly so. Is this statement I picked up from the internet also the original tweet by Orbach? In retrospect, it turned out that it wasn't. Is Orbach abandoning the Negev? Unequivocally, yes. I was surprised that a status on my personal WhatsApp (which was automatically deleted after 24 hours and before I received the silence letter) to which only a few of my contacts who bothered to look at the status were exposed - so disturbing to Nir Orbach, but in retrospect I completely understand his position and even find Nir Orbach's demand for an apology justified. Indeed, from the image I picked up from the internet, it was possible to understand that Nir Orbach had pledged in advance to abandon the Negev and thus, in effect, is today fulfilling his promise to the voter. But that is not the case. Keeping a promise to the voter is contrary to the path of his Yamina party, which has carved out the path of lies on its banner and has made breaking promises to the voter a way of life. I understand the potential damage to the former Jewish Home activist who is trying to prove his loyalty to the leader and the values of his new party. I apologize from the bottom of my heart and make it clear in a loud and clear voice: Nir Orbach is a serial promise-breaker, flesh and blood of Yamina. If, God forbid, it was understood from the photograph collected from the Internet and presented in the status as if he had promised in advance to abandon the Negev and kept it, I regret that and make it clear - Nir promised not to abandon the Negev and he is loyal to the values of his party and is now breaking his promise, as evidenced by the fact that even the planting of trees by the KKL-JNF in the Negev was stopped by order of acting Prime Minister Mansour Abbas, with whom Nir Orbach has joined the coalition. In an attempt to repair the damage, if God forbid, it has been caused, I take it upon myself in the coming year to give as wide an echo as possible to the violations of Nir Orbach's promises, both those he has broken in the past and those he will break in the future, in order to ensure that even the few supporters who may still be left to his party will finally understand that Nir Orbach's path is the path of Yamina's lies. And seriously. The attempt by an MK who has all the media platforms open to him to terrorize me as a private person who freely expresses his protest is sad and mainly testifies to him and the loss of his path and that of his party. I have no idea who the brilliant media consultant is who advised him to threaten me with a lawsuit to silence me and to expose to the general public a small status that, as mentioned, several of my friends were exposed to. I would offer him my services at a fair price, but I would prefer not to work with someone who abandons the Negev and whose path of lies is a candle to his feet.".
