Lawyer Erez Avraham Edri presented a challenge to surfers when he posted the following proposal on his Facebook account: "An appeal to every Jew who believes there is no afterlife - I am willing to buy his share in the afterlife with money.".
7 million American children who were vaccinated are not wrong: We got vaccinated and you should get vaccinated too
Has it been three months since your second vaccination? This is how you will protect yourself from the virus
On Saturday: The mother rested, the child pulled the trigger – and was hospitalized in serious condition
Then he added: "Where are the brave ones who claim there is no Creator of the world? Come on, let's do a deal and earn 200 shekels." Edri probably thought that very few would want to sell their afterlife, but he was surprised to discover that many Israelis would prefer 200 shekels in this world and give up their afterlife. Journalist Linoi Bar Gefen declared: "I am willing to sell you my share for a fifty percent discount from the price you offered. Where do we sign?" Another surfer wrote: "If you want, I can even sell a family package deal for my partner and parents. My great-grandfather was one of the greatest rabbis in the Caucasus. Maybe that makes my share (and my parents') worth even more, a worthwhile deal!" After two days, and no less than 40 deals that were closed, Attorney Edri decided to stop the sale due to the high number of inquiries. [Gallery]

In a conversation with Assaf Golan from Israel Hayom, Edri explained that his goal was to raise public awareness of faith, and he was surprised to discover how many people were willing to give up on their "next world." Attorney Edri expressed great sorrow over the situation: "I am a lawyer, I live in this world, and I am not some broken person. I had a good intention - to awaken the Jewish soul in people that there is a Creator of the world, by shocking them with this ridiculous amount. In practice, unfortunately, it turns out that this issue is not sufficiently well-known. "It pained me to see that people are willing to easily sell what they do not believe in, because I do not think that members of another religion would run to such an advertisement according to their religion. I stopped this business because my goal is not to take away people's next world, but to awaken in them the Jewish point and to believe that there is a Creator of this world and the next world. Apparently, more information needs to be done on the subject.".
