Knesset security guard tests positive for COVID-19: 21 people, including retired MK, sent to quarantine

The Ministry of Health updated the Knesset today (Thursday) that after a test conducted by one of the Mishkan security guards for the coronavirus, he was found to be positive for the microbe. This is a security guard for MK Meir Porush.

The last day he stayed at the shelter was Sunday - 12.12.2021.

After an epidemiological investigation conducted with the aim of breaking the chain of infection, and which was carried out in collaboration with professional officials at the Ministry of Health, isolation instructions were given to 21 security personnel and Knesset employees - as well as MK Meir Porush. It should be noted that MK Porush accompanied the incoming US Ambassador, Tom Neides, today on his visit to the president of the 'Council' of 'Degel', Maran Rosh Yeshiva HaGir's Edelstein.
