An emergency medical medic riding an MDA motorcycle, Yosef Sasson, said: "When we arrived at the scene, there was a big commotion. We saw a bus on the side of the road and a woman in her 40s was trapped under it. After lengthy rescue operations, we performed medical examinations on her, she showed no signs of life and unfortunately we had to declare her dead at the scene." Shmuel Meshulam, a United Hatzalah medic: "According to passersby, the bus crashed into a nursery and she was crushed to death under it. Unfortunately, she was pronounced dead at the scene due to the nature of the severe injuries she suffered. The bus driver was also treated in a minor condition for anxiety and was taken to the hospital." The police said: Due to the traffic accident, traffic police are at the scene and are handling the incident while directing vehicle traffic from Jerusalem Boulevard to Sahron and Rozot streets to the west.
