How to prepare:
• Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking sheet with baking paper. • To prepare the dough: Place the cottage cheese in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add the egg, saturate, egg white powder, baking powder and salt, and mix into a smooth dough. • Divide the dough into 3 equal parts.
