The Chabad Rabbinical Court, the supreme body of Chabad in Israel, published a special letter today (Monday), following the deaths of five Hasidim in recent weeks from the coronavirus - and for the first time, it includes the instruction to "get vaccinated against the virus without delay.".

So far, almost a year since the vaccination campaign began, the letters published by members of the court have been drafted in a "parva" manner, and with stipulations of consultations with "friendly doctors.".

The letter stated:

""Date of Marachsvan 5782"

God is like a man, God will live on him.

Greetings and blessings,

Following the increase in morbidity and its spread across all ages, and following the death of several people infected with the RL virus, we are demanding that all people who are required to be vaccinated according to the latest Ministry of Health instructions, including those who have been vaccinated twice and are recovering, approach the RL vaccine without delay.

At this time, each and every one must strengthen their faith and confidence and strengthen those around them, increasing their study of Torah, prayer, and charity, and spreading Judaism and the springs.

"And may God remove the plague from us, and have mercy on us, and send us our righteous Messiah with true and complete redemption immediately and right away.""
