
Ingredients:
250 ml plant-based almond milk
10 g chia seeds
2 bananas
125 g pineapple
125 g mango
How to prepare:
• Add the chia to the milk and wait until it thickens.
• In a blender, pulse the banana, mango, and pineapple until smooth but thick. Stop and stir occasionally.
• Add the fruit mixture to the almond milk and mix well.
• Place all the ingredients and toppings on the pineapple.
