A week of huge happenings: The Jerusalem Municipality concludes 'Immigrants to Jerusalem 6' with immense satisfaction.

After a week during which Jerusalem hosted tens of thousands of children and parents from all over the country, the municipality says that they are amazed by the enormous feedback received from the field, from tens of thousands of children who have dreamed of coming to 'Immigrating to Jerusalem' for an entire year and were happy that this year too, despite the restrictions, Jerusalem has openly hosted the largest annual happening for the Haredi sector.

On Tuesday afternoon, Mayor Moshe Leon visited the complex, along with Deputy Mayor and Finance Portfolio Holder Rabbi Zvika Cohen and Rabbi David Blumenstock, who holds the Torah Culture Portfolio. The tour was also accompanied by Municipality Director General Itzik Lari, Municipality Treasurer Shmulik Zigelman, Head of the Department of Culture, Society and Sports Ariella Rajwan, and Chairman of the Torah Culture Division Pinchas Erlich.

The delegation was accompanied by the chairman of the 'Effect' company responsible for producing the event, Rabbi Ephraim Zilberberg, who guided the delegation through the many attractions.

During the visit, hundreds of visitors from all over the country approached the mayor and asked to thank him for the event. The mayor spoke with the applicants, who pointed out to him that this was the only pure entertainment for an ultra-Orthodox family that could be held at a subsidized price of 15 shekels for all attractions - a price that is a solution for families with children who want to get out and get some fresh air during the intervening days.

""Most of those who come to this event are families with children, and this is their only opportunity in the intervening days to enjoy attractions for the whole family at an affordable price," said Mayor Moshe Leon.

The mayor added that he is happy about the opportunity to provide quality cultural and leisure content to the Haredi sector throughout the country, who are traveling to Jerusalem and enjoying its special atmosphere. "Jerusalem is the epicenter of the Jewish people, in everything related to our historical spiritual and sacred treasures. We warmly and joyfully host large audiences from all over the country, led by the Haredi public who are visiting the city in droves these days, enjoying the spiritual and physical experiences that the Holy City and the Temple have to offer.".

""This is a Jerusalem tradition that children look forward to all year long," said Rabbi David Blumenstock, who holds the Torah Culture portfolio. "We are happy to hold this event for the sixth time, and the feedback we receive from the field is tremendous. The Jerusalem Municipality has become the number one tourist destination in the Haredi sector, and it happily hosts all guests from all over the country who want to enjoy an unforgettable Jerusalem experience.".
