A group of prisoners managed to escape from prison, and also made sure to document the event on their phone camera and spread it across the Internet.

Thirteen prisoners in Rio Verde, Brazil, managed to dig a tunnel out of their cell. They also managed to smuggle out a mobile phone with a camera, and to the great embarrassment of the guards and prison authorities, they documented the escape.

Local Deputy Police Chief Jacqueline Camargo admitted to Sky News reporters that the prison cell had not been thoroughly inspected for the past 60 days. The guard who was supposed to do this was suspended from his post following the failure.

In the film, the prisoners film the tunnel, and it is accompanied by a picture from a closed-circuit camera in which some of the men are seen escaping from the building's courtyard.

The police have launched extensive searches for the escaped prisoners and have so far only been able to locate two of them.
