An IDF aircraft this evening (Tuesday) eliminated the commander of the Gaza City anti-tank unit, Iyad Fathi Faik Sharir, who served as a senior terrorist in the Hamas terrorist organization. He had previously carried out several anti-tank attacks against Israeli territory. What are your chances of winning a duplex? And why is your dream closer than ever? Free: How much money are you losing because you don't know what your rights are? What do you say about white chocolate with cookie crumbs? And what about a tasty snack? The IDF reported that the Gaza City anti-tank system was ready to carry out an anti-tank attack during the counter-attack. The Egyptian Foreign Minister said this evening about the efforts to mediate a ceasefire: "We turned to Israel in an attempt to mediate for calm. The answer we received was not positive. At the moment, there is no ceasefire in sight." The IDF launched a massive attack this afternoon with the simultaneous participation of 80 Air Force fighter jets, the purpose of which is to hit all the launch sites in the northern Gaza Strip - from which the terrorist organizations launch their missiles into Israeli territory. IDF spokesman Brigadier General Hedi Zilberman said this evening in a special briefing that the fighting in the Gaza Strip will intensify. "We are increasing our intensity - in quantity, quality and targets. The fighting will only intensify now. At these moments, we are attacking all the launch sites in northern Gaza. 80 aircraft participate in the attack and hit 150 launch pits that were planted there, including eight stealth aircraft. This is a complete neutralization of three launch battalions in the northern Gaza Strip that will dramatically disrupt the launch capability. Some of the launch pits are located within a civilian population, so there is a chance of innocent casualties." According to Brigadier General Zilberman, about twenty terrorists have been killed in IDF strikes since the round of fighting began. "We carried out another foiling of the commander of the Gaza anti-tank system - a Hamas operative who had previously fired at Israel. We attacked tunnels and foiled a large number of Hamas elite force operatives inside a tunnel. We also severely damaged the rocket production system and are beginning to move on to additional targets." The barrages against the Gaza perimeter settlements, Ashdod and Ashkelon continue this evening, and about 450 rockets have been fired at Israel since the start of the round. Two Ashkelon residents were killed at noon by direct rocket hits on homes in the southern city. Two more people were seriously injured by a rocket. Additional residents were moderately and lightly injured. In total, more than 90 Israelis have been injured in a day since the operation began. The Gaza Health Ministry reported 28 deaths in the Strip, including 10 children and a woman. According to the report, the number of injured is 152
