נציבות כבאות והצלה פרסמה היום (חמישי) צו האוסר על הדלקת מדורות במועדים ובאזורים נתונים ברחבי הארץ, בשל תנאים קיצוניים המעלים את הסבירות להיווצרות שריפות והתפשטותן' תוך סיכון חיי אדם ורכוש.
לפי תחזית לא סופית' צפויה עלייה בטמפרטורות ביום רביעי הבא..
תוקף הצו הוא מיום שלישי 27 באפריל, 2021 (08:00) ועד ליום ראשון 2 במאי,2021 (20:00).

הצו יחול על כל אזורי הארץ - למעט 2 החרגות: הדלקת מדורות תותר באזורים ייעודיים שהוקצו לכך על ידי הרשויות המקומיות, ובלבד שמדורות במקומות אלה יעמדו בתקנות כבאות והצלה; הדלקת מדורות מותרת גם באזור שמדרום לקו הגיאוגרפי של כביש 25 (כביש נחל עוז- צ. הערבה).
However, there is no prohibition against lighting a fire in a designated food preparation facility (barbecue) in approved locations.
According to fire and rescue data, tens of thousands of fires break out in open areas every year, causing ecological and economic damage estimated at billions of shekels.
In places where the lighting of bonfires is permitted, lighting will be subject to these rules:
* The campfire will be in a hole in the ground, and in any case not in a forest or woodland area, even if a designated area has been allocated for it.
* The distance between the campfire and the forest will exceed 300 meters.
* A bonfire may not be lit in any forest or woodland area, even if a designated area has been allocated for this purpose.
* The distance between a campfire and gas and fuel facilities will exceed 40 meters.
* The distance between a campfire and power and telephone lines will exceed 20 meters.
* The distance between a campfire and a building will exceed 50 meters.
* The distance between one campfire and another campfire will exceed 5 meters.
* The size of the campfire base must not exceed 3 meters.
* The height of the pile of combustible materials used for the fire shall not exceed 1.5 meters above ground level.
* Regarding the Meron site, special conditions will be determined by the Northern District Commander.
בכבאות והצלה לישראל מדגישים: ״החורפים האחרונים שהיו מבורכים במשקעים, הביאו להתפשטות עשבוניים המהווים מטען אש מסוכן לאדם, לסביבה ולרכוש".
נציב כבאות והצלה דדי שמחי: "מטרת הצו לצמצם פגיעה בחיי אדם וברכוש מתוך הבנת כובד האחריות, והסכנות הכרוכות בהדלקת אש בשטחים פתוחים ובמרחב האורבני. אני קורא לציבור לגלות אחריות ולציין את החג בהתאם להנחיות בטיחות מצילות חיים שקבענו. האקלים בישראל מחייב העלאת המודעות הציבורית לסכנות הכרוכות בהבערת אש והתנהגות אחראית בטבע".
