It appears: An exceptions committee only for those leaving who have not been vaccinated. And where can we fly?

The Corona Cabinet will meet this afternoon (Tuesday) to discuss opening the skies.

The significant change expected in the opening of the skies outline presented last night by Minister Miri Regev - and which will be submitted today for approval by the Corona Cabinet - will be the establishment of an exceptions committee for those departing from Israel, only for those who have not been vaccinated, who will be required to receive the committee's approval.

Those who request to enter Israel will receive an automatic exemption based on available space on flights.

According to the outline presented to the ministers last night, 3,000 Israelis will be able to enter the country (and in agreement with the ministers of health and transportation up to 7,000), departure from the country will be allowed to countries pre-defined by the Ministry of Health, and citizens returning to the country will be required to undergo a test 72 hours before their arrival and upon landing.

Anyone who is not vaccinated will be sent to isolation or have an electronic cuff attached to them - a move that, if approved, would still require legislation.
