Last night (Sunday), journalist Akiva Novik of Kan News announced that the Likud is conducting online surveys to examine possible new candidates on the list for the upcoming elections.

Among those mentioned were the names of singer Yehoram Gaon, journalists Ayala Hasson and Sivan Rahav Meir, and Yinon Magal.

At the beginning of his morning show with Ben Caspit on 103FM, Magal addressed the reports and cooled the atmosphere: "They didn't offer, I'm waiting for a call from the Prime Minister to say he wants to reserve me for the number 2 position," Magal said in an unimpressive imitation of the Prime Minister.

Ben wondered: "You don't declare allegiance to the program?""

Yinon responded seriously: "Although I haven't exhausted politics, I don't think I'll leave at this stage. Why should I? I enjoy myself here for two hours every day and then you're still tweeting about me," Magal told Kaspit.
