We are all living in a nightmare movie that you have led us to. 28 years ago, Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin stood on this podium and said: I ask that all of us, all the occupants of this house, remember: The people do not serve us, we serve the people. The prime ministers, Netanyahu and Gantz, have forgotten this statement, this simple thing. We are here to serve the people. The people are not toys for our private needs. Never in the history of the country has there been a government so selfish, so failed, so conflicted that it does not care so much about the people. At these moments in a hospital in the center of the country, there is a grandmother in her 80s fighting for her life. Hospitalized in the Corona ward, she is breathing her last breaths and her son cannot be by her side. In the past year, he also lost his job. He is anxious because he does not know how his family will survive financially. Unemployment benefits will not be there forever. Now imagine that he looks up to Israel's leaders: he expects them to provide him with medicine, solutions. A kind word. He looks at Netanyahu and says to him: "How did I sting Gantz, eh? He lives in a movie." Looking at Gantz: "I stung him even more. I told him he lives in a movie." This man, what does he need? He needs a livelihood, he needs health, he needs self-respect. I say to Netanyahu and Gantz: livelihood, health, self-respect. That's what's important. And in this most difficult moment, he hears how one stings the other that he lives in a movie. That's right, living in a movie. A nightmare movie. That you, the Prime Minister, led us into. That in the middle of the Corona war, the government simply does not care. It does not see us from above. They are engaged in a conspiracy to revive the government. There will be an exit. So that there will be a good exit picture for Netanyahu. Are you normal?! Israeli citizens are not an accessory. They are not a toy. This government does not deserve a two-week extension, nor a two-day one. This government does not need to be extended. It needs to be replaced. The Yamina faction will vote unanimously against this artificial resuscitation. And one last point - the deeper problem will need a solution. The people have lost trust, not only in the government, but also in the institutions of the state. Because you, and you, the Prime Minister, are supposed to represent statehood, the institutions of the state. You are not speaking the truth. We can do much better. This government, I implore both the members of the coalition and the opposition - do not live with this terrible government for even one minute. We need a new way.
