Yesterday (Tuesday), an IDF force uncovered an explosive device site near the border fence with Syria, in the southern Golan Heights in Israeli territory. Have you been suffering from depression lately? Are you eligible for National Insurance?’ The IEDs that were discovered yesterday near the border fence in Israeli territory were planted by a Syrian squad operating under the direction of Iranian elements. Combat engineering forces neutralized the site of the IEDs that were discovered, near the area where IDF forces foiled an attempted IED planting about three months ago. IDF spokesman Brigadier General Hedi Zilberman said this morning, after the Air Force attacked in response to the planting of the IEDs: "Tonight we successfully completed an attack on targets in Syria by the Syrian army and the Iranian Quds Force. This is a direct continuation of the discovery of the IED site. Iran is establishing itself in Syria and the Syrian regime in the southern Golan Heights is allowing them to do so. This is harming the stability of the region." The IDF spokesman said that IDF forces were monitoring what was happening in the area: "We operated in the area to gather intelligence on them, patrols and drones. The message we conveyed seems not to have been received. The Quds Force using locals in the Golan against us is unacceptable to us. An engineering force handled the charges and neutralized them." Regarding the charges, he said: "These are three Kalimgor charges connected to each other." [Gallery]
