Baruch Dayan, the truth teller: At Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital, the rabbi Yehuda Aryeh Harel, zt"l, head of the Kol Yaakov yeshiva in Beit Vegan and son-in-law of the Baba Sali, zt"l, passed away at the age of 73 after contracting the coronavirus. Suffering from underlying medical conditions? You may be entitled to a lot of money from National Insurance. The deceased, zt"l, was hospitalized in the hospital on Chol HaMoed Sukkot, after contracting a virus. After recovering, he contracted pneumonia, and on Shabbat night his condition deteriorated and he passed away. He was born in 1957 to his father, Rabbi Aharon, z"l. In his youth he studied at the Hebron Yeshiva in Jerusalem and when he reached his peak he married the daughter of the 'Baba Sali' zt"l. For decades he served as one of the rabbis of the 'Kol Yaakov' Yeshiva, headed by the Gaon Rabbi Yehuda Adas, whom he loved very much. He gained closeness from his father-in-law, the Baba Sali, zt"l, and published the book 'Maor Yisrael' about him. He left behind a blessed generation of righteous people. The funeral procession left at 6:00 PM from the 'Kol Yaakov' Yeshiva in the Beit Vegan neighborhood of Jerusalem for Har Hamenuchot - where he will be buried.
