And this is how Avraham Fried says:

""I was invited to sing at the 80th birthday of Rabbi Adin Even Israel Steinsaltz. It was a great honor for me, it's like being allowed to sing in the White House in front of the President...

""Rabbi Steinsaltz is one of our heroes. I remember him sitting there for hours, smiling, enjoying himself, and he was really connected to the event.".

""Then, he had a request: that I play an old song that I remember, probably from childhood. I'm thinking of recording it because it's a very special song. Thank you to him, he pushed me to it. The song is from Psalms, chapter 119:

A miracle has come upon me; it has been taken away, I have not eaten it.

I will go from your spirit; and I will flee from your presence.

If I should pluck up the heavens, there would you be; and I would ask you, "Where are you?".

The event was produced by the Arizona Prayer House Community, headed by Rabbi Pinchas Alush.
