But in the world of Hasidism: The passing tonight (Tuesday) of the Rebbe of Sadigura, the late Rabbi Yisrael Moshe Friedman, zt"l, a member of the Council of Torah Sages of Agudat Yisrael - who passed away after a serious illness - struck with pain and sorrow all of Haredi Judaism and the world of Hasidism in particular. The veil was removed, and candles were lit around his bed. Hasidic activists met with police officers this morning to prepare for the funeral procession in the era of the Corona virus, while adhering to the guidelines. A Haredim 10 reporter notes that the instructions for the funeral procession are being tightened in the Sadigura courtyard: entry to the Beit Midrash hall is only allowed for those over the age of 50. Those under this age will be assisted by women - and the young men in the square. The Rebbe's bed will be in the hall until 2:00 PM. The police are expected to close Hashomer and Ezra streets - where the funeral procession will pass. The funeral procession will leave today at 4:00 PM, since several of the Rebbe's sons, who left for London for a family celebration that took place last night at their uncle's, will arrive by private plane. The son, Rabbi Ephraim Fishel Friedman from the United States, also flew from the United States to attend the funeral procession.

It is not yet known which of the sons will be crowned during the funeral procession. The Rebbe left behind six sons.
