Mashaal: "We will not agree to a ceasefire without lifting the siege""

Hamas' political bureau chief, Khaled Meshaal, announced in a statement to the media in Qatar on Wednesday evening that he would agree to a humanitarian ceasefire, if offered to them. He said that Hamas's conditions for such a ceasefire "have been conveyed to all relevant parties. We will not give up our demand for the opening of the border crossings.". Mashaal was full of pearls in his statement: "They are talking about disarming Hamas. We will never disarm ourselves.
