Does Avigdor Lieberman know? Despite Blue and White Chairman Benny Gantz's promises to form a secular unity government, senior figures in his party are sending other messages through other channels.

According to a report by Michael Shemesh in Kan News, in a meeting with young Haredi men that was recently documented, two of the party's Knesset members were heard declaring: "We are not going to recruit Haredi men - the army doesn't need it."

At a meeting attended by MKs Hili Tropper and Avi Nissenkorn, they were heard telling young Haredi men: "You don't need to enlist in the army."

MK Tropper emphasized in the conversation that the words were not said solely in his name, but in the name of the party.
