The OMTZ movement for proper administration and social and civil justice today (Tuesday) appealed to the Attorney General, Attorney Yehuda Weinstein, demanding that a criminal investigation be opened against journalist Gideon Levy on charges of incitement.
Levy, a Haaretz journalist, published a scandalous article yesterday titled "The Bad for the Pilot," which is full of harsh accusations against Air Force pilots.

In the letter, the OMTZ movement requests that they investigate whether Levy committed an offense of incitement to refuse an order. According to OMTZ, "the article contains several passages intended to sow an atmosphere of refusal to obey an order among the Air Force pilots who were involved in bombing houses containing missiles and rockets last week, as well as the private homes of several Hamas leaders." They note that Levy praises in his article the letter of refusal of 27 Air Force pilots in 2003.
