Each of the following salad ingredients has wonderful properties that contribute to our health, such as: cranberries help lower cholesterol and prevent damage to the skin and brain; walnuts are high in antioxidants that prevent heart disease and strengthen many systems in the body; and celery is a member of the apiales family, a medicinal herb that prevents high blood pressure and cholesterol and has many vitamins and minerals.  Ingredients (2 servings): 1 medium beet, cut into thin sticks.

1 apple, cut into thin sticks.

50 grams of broken walnuts.

50 cranberries.

Half a stalk of celery, thinly sliced.

5 sliced ​​basil leaves.

100 grams of young leaves or rocket.

30 grams of silane.

4 tablespoons olive oil.

Juice from half a lemon.

100 grams of grated Roquefort cheese \ fried goat cheese rings with egg flour and breadcrumbs of your choice.

Preparation method:

• Place the beets in a bowl and drizzle the olive oil, lemon juice and cilantro over them, then add the remaining ingredients.

• Mix well and transfer to a nice serving bowl. Add the grated cheese.
