A week before the holiday: Two companies canceled their Passover vacation abroad

In front of a broken trough: שתי חברות שארגנו חופשות לפסח ולא הצליחו למלא את המלונות או נתקלו בקשיים אחרים הודיעו ביומים האחרונים על ביטול. הערב (שני), בדיוק שבוע לפני ליל הסדר, שיגרה חברת 'פרלה לוקסר', שארגנה חופשת פסח בקוס שביון, הודעה ללקוחותיה ההמומים כי החופשה המתוכננת מבוטלת. החברה, בבעלות משה פרידמן מאנטוורפן, אינה מציעה ללקוחות שנותרו ללא מקום לנסוע אליו בחג חלופות. גם את הכסף ששולם כבר, הם מתחייבים להשיב רק עד יום שני, הראשון במאי. בהודעה של החברה ל"משפחות הנכבדות", שהגיעה באמצעות תיבת המייל - נאמר: ""We are not people of good news today. ""Unfortunately, in recent weeks we have been through seven stages of hell with the hotel we took for Passover. They did not honor any agreement we made with them and made everything difficult for us.". "Over the past few weeks, we have made every effort to bridge the gap. We traveled to Greece several times, just to talk and talk, and each time we returned with a promise that from now on everything is fine, and after a day it will all start again.". According to the company owners, "The problems began immediately after the chief supervisor, Rabbi Lederman, visited the hotel. The day after his visit, we received an email from the hotel with details of the conversation with the supervisor and the costs of the execution. We were shocked to read a series of lies. We checked with the supervisor, who was also frightened that they had put words and sentences in his mouth that he had never said. Two small examples: The hotel said in its name that a partition in the sea between men and women was required, at a cost of nine thousand euros. The supervisor explained to them that they needed heating on the Shabbat clocks on the wardrobes, and we brought it, and the hotel charged us four thousand eight hundred euros, without any explanation as to why. After we agreed to swallow the frog, they kept coming with new demands and decrees, and each time they told us they would give in, but they didn't. We even tried at the last minute to move to another hotel of more or less the same level, the main thing being to bring our guests a high-quality Passover vacation, but it didn't work out, because of the short time left. Today, after the latest ruling that the hotel won't let us bring in the containers with the food until Sunday - the day the guests arrive, we came to the conclusion that there is no one to talk to and it will be impossible to manage a Passover vacation as it should be and as we promised, so there is no choice but to cancel, refund everyone their money and let people decide where to go. Today we gave an order to return all the goods from Greece and hire a lawyer to handle the case against them. Of course, the damage caused to us is enormous in every sense and literally bloody. By the first Monday of May, everyone will receive what they have already paid back, everyone will receive it back in the way they paid, whether it is through a bank transfer, credit card or cash. Those who paid via bank transfer are asked to send us their bank details as not all details appear upon arrival. Hoping for understanding, Perla Luxor team.".  הזמרים ליפא שמעלצר ואברימי רוט היו אמורים לשהות במלון ולשמח את האורחים בכל ימי החג. כעת גם הם נותרו, לפי שעה לפחות, ללא חופשת פסח. בשיחה עם חרדים 10, אומר אחד הלקוחות, איש עסקים ישראלי: "אחרי עבודה קשה עד ערב החג, פינטזתי על נופש מאורגן ומטופ-טפ. שקט על הראש, וכעת אני גם תקוע וגם מרגיש מרומה ומנוצל, מבואס ועצוב. לגבי הכסף - זו עזות פנים להשאיר את הכסף חודש אצלו. מה קרה?" את תגובת משה פרידמן לא הצלחנו לקבל. אתמול (ראשון) פרסמו גם האחים ברומר, שארגנו חופשת פסח בטוסקנה שבאיטליה, הודעה ללקוחות, לפיה לא הצליחו למלא את המלון - ולכן הם נאלצים לבטל את החופשה. האחים ברומר, לעומת 'פרלה לוקסר', התנהלו למופת והציעו ללקוחות מיד מגוון אפשרויות, כשהראשונה היא השבת הכסף במלואו. בנוסף, הציעו המארגנים ללקוחות חופשה בפסח בחברות אחרות, תוך שהם מציינים את העלויות של יתר החברות. בהודעה ששיגרו נכתב: ""Dear customers, hello! We put a lot of effort into planning an amazing vacation in Tuscany, investing a lot of money, energy, thought, and endless days and nights of work. Many thoughts are in a person's heart. God willed otherwise. We were unable to fill the hotel even halfway, and therefore we were left with huge losses that will not allow us to give you good service and good food and everything we wanted to give you with all our heart. Therefore, with great sadness and indescribable heartache, out of responsibility to you, we are forced to cancel the vacation. We offer you several alternatives: 1. Get all the money you paid back immediately. 2. Give you a Passover vacation in Odessa with Haim Otmazgin for 10,000 NIS per couple (meaning, you will receive the difference between the prices from us). 5-star hotel. 3. Add 4,000 NIS per couple and travel with groups to Croatia. A particularly high-level vacation. 4. Travel with Thor Plus for pillows with a small surcharge that we will know exactly what it is towards the evening. We sincerely apologize, and ask for your forgiveness and understanding. Even after the above cancellation, we are still suffering major financial losses, yet we are trying to help arrange for you to stay elsewhere as best we can. "Good news, the Brommer brothers.". בשיחה עם חרדים 10 אומר מני ברומר: "היה מי שהחליט לקרוע את השוק ולא עמדנו במחירים. אני לא מתפשר ורוצה לספק 100 אחוז לאורחינו ופה לא היה אפשרות. אז היה עדיף לעצור פה ובפעם הבאה בעזרת השם נתארגן יותר טוב, כדי שלקחותינו יהיו מרוצים במאת האחוזים". בעקבות ביטול הנופש ביוון, והתנהגותם האצילית של 'האחים ברומר', החליטו נופשים שמצאו עצמם ללא מקום לשהות בו בפסח - לדרוש מהם לשוב ולארגן את החופשה.  האחים נענו לאתגר, ופתחו את הרישום מחדש.
