While he hasn't yet released his first album, singer Moti Monk has only managed to appear in the past year at dozens of weddings and events, and to be a guest at venues reserved only for top-notch artists, such as the Sultan's Pool and the Arena Stadium in Jerusalem. Monk's latest song - "Yoshev Lid Zichron-Moshe" - became a hit and received high airplay figures. Now, in unusual timing, he is releasing his third song, which he wrote and composed. "Give Only Joy" is the name of the song, and a figure in the Hasidic music industry who was exposed to him says: "It's so refreshing to hear artists in the genre who bring a new statement like Moti. His style and electronic music are not Hasidic in nature, and yet they touch and delight the ear." Monk is a young and promising artist, who is respected among musicians, but not only. At many yeshivahs, he is considered the "house singer" and appears at their events on a regular basis.
Lyrics:
Another day passes, another day passes,
Time does not tire,
Black cloud above
Doesn't stop dripping,
A tear and another tear,
My soul hurts,
You are left alone.
You just want one thing.
Return with you.
We repented.
With love to you
Messiah coming soon
Build your temple.
Give only joy to your children.
Everything is gray, everything is burning.
Evil is increasing.
Remember that soon you will be
A more beautiful time
The House of Choice
Came down with fire and stones
If we did something bad it's because we are children.
Return with you.
We repented.
With love to you
Messiah coming soon
Build your temple.
Give only joy to your children.
