Complaint: Deri's associates are fighting Eli Yishai • Ethics Committee: Just rumors

Daniel Siman Tov filed a complaint with the Ethics Committee against Interior Minister Aryeh Deri: "The minister's associates threatened an ultra-Orthodox Knesset member that if he comes to Eli Yishai's daughter's wedding, he will not receive assistance." • Committee: The allegation is against associates, not against the minister.

ועדת האתיקה של הכנסת דנה בקובלנה שהגיש דניאל סימן טוב כנגד שר הפנים אריה דרעי, לפיה מקורבים של יו"ר ש"ס איימו על חבר כנסת חרדי כי אם יגיע אל חתונת בתו של יו"ר תנועת יחד, אלי ישי - לא יקבל סיוע ממשרד הפנים. המתלונן טען עוד, כי "'אנשי דרעי' מאיימים על חברי כנסת שלא ידברו עם אלי ישי". במכתב ששיגר יו"ר הוועדה, ח"כ יצחק וקנין מש"ס, אל המתלונן, נאמר: "ועדת האתיקה אינה דנה בשמועות, מה גם שלפי הקובלנה עצמה לא מועלית טענה נגד השר דרעי אלא כלפי 'מקורבים', ולכן החליטה לדחותה".   ועדת אתיקה
