Israel Zeira, whose company 'Ba'Moona' he heads was accused of racism because of an advertisement, said at a conference of members of the 'Neot Hanan' association that purchased apartments in Harish: "We have another project in Harish, which we are standing firm on in terms of appraisals, but the apartments are falling apart." • "It's terribly easy to turn any small problem into a big one, and it's terribly easy to turn me into an enemy of the nation."'

Are the construction company 'Bamona' and CEO Israel Zeira tripping again?

On Sunday, a particularly stormy conference was held by members of the Neot Hanan association - one of the largest purchasing groups in the city of Harish - during which Zeira said that the company had built "crappy apartments" in Harish. This was reported on the Globes website.

At the conference, members of 'Neot Hanan' raised allegations and criticism of Zeira regarding the large project in the Harish community that refuses to move forward.

Some of the complaints were first revealed in 'Globes' about two months ago, from which it emerged that there are gaps in the prices of the apartments that were marketed to them at the beginning of the marketing, over two years ago, and the estimated amounts that are updated from time to time, only upwards.

""It's very easy to slander the 'Bamoona' company, it's very easy to blacken its face, it's very easy to turn every small problem into a big problem, and it's very easy to turn me into an enemy of the nation," said Zeira.

He added that in another project, where the company did meet its obligations to buyers, and apartment prices apparently did not increase, the apartments came out "out of the blue," as he put it.

Zeira's words sparked criticism among listeners, who claimed that his words implied that if buyers are looking for apartments that are not in a hurry, they must probably endure uncertainty and rising apartment prices.

""The result (of not meeting obligations) is not shrunken apartments. We have another project in Harish, where we are standing firm on the appraisals, but the apartments are shrinking. I'm telling you the truth, the apartments are boxy, because we met exactly what we promised, and the square footage is very, very small.".

A few weeks ago, the company's name came up because of a racist advertisement, intended to market a company project in Kiryat Gat, which caused a stir on social media.

Shortly thereafter, the company removed the video. from the network and apologized.
