""This is a great mitzvah! You are doing holy work in caring for people in need of assistance, Ahiezer and Achismach. May it be your will that you will not have to work in this." This is what Rabbi Kanievsky said after a visit he made on Saturday to the 'Be'er Bat Sheva' house - an employment center for women from the 'Ohel Sarah' house named after Rebbetzin Bat Sheva Kanievsky, may God bless her.

The Rabbi was accompanied by his son, the Rabbi Kanievsky, the Mashbak Rabbi Yeshayahu Epstein, and his grandson Rabbi Yaakov Kanievsky. .

He was welcomed by a member of the Ohel Sarah board and husband of the organization's CEO, Rabbi Avraham Weinberg, and a member of the board and son of the organization's founders - Rabbi Avraham Ginsburg, and Rabbi Avraham Zvi Israelson.

The Rabbi responded with great patience and ruled on halachic questions that arose regarding the placement of several mezuzot in the building.

The Rebbe was moved by Rabbi Weinberg's words, who said that over the years his wife Malka, who has served as the director of the Ohel Sarah organization for the past decade, had consulted extensively with the Rebbetzin, and the Rebbetzin gave her support, encouragement, and great strength to deal with the many difficulties and questions that arose in connection with caring for such a diverse population.

Rabbi Avraham Ginsburg said that one of the building's major donors donated a very significant sum that made the building's completion possible, but he had one request: that the building be named after Rebbetzin Batsheva Kanievsky, may God have mercy on her - and indeed the building will perpetuate her pure memory and is called 'Ba'er Batsheva'.

The 'Beer Bat Sheva' house is an employment center for women with disabilities run by the 'Ohel Sara' association. The new building, which covers an area of approximately 2,400 square meters and rises to a height of seven stories on a hill on Safed Street in the city, includes the 'Lev Rivka' social welfare center, the 21+ day center known as 'Kishorit', and already provides a solution for approximately 140 women with disabilities at various levels of functioning. The impressive building was built to particularly high standards and with maximum adaptation to the needs of the women who use it.

'Ohel Sarah provides a continuum of educational, housing and employment services for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, clubs and vacationers from the age of six to old age.

The education and employment centers, alongside apartments in the community, provide a solution for hundreds of families from Bnei Brak and the surrounding area, and over the four decades of their existence have helped thousands of children and special people.
