The MASH centers are designed to provide a response to the population of special people and aim to integrate them into society. The employee who won the title of Outstanding has worked for seven years at Mayanei Hayeshua, and she was chosen by her coworkers as an Outstanding Employee.
During the ceremony, where certificates were awarded to the ten outstanding employees, the employee was called upon to speak first to the participants. G. said with great excitement that her work there allows her to feel "equal among equals.".
