Tomorrow (Wednesday) the "Education Status" conference will be held in the "Armonot Chen" halls, attended by administrators and educators of TATs, spiritual directors and teachers of lessons in yeshiva for young people, and it will deal with the challenges of education in our generation.

The conference is intended to unite and unite those involved in education and discuss the challenges in the fields of education, which are increasing in our generation and await resolution. According to the guidance of the great men of Israel, the conference will focus on strengthening the foundations of discipline and the educational authority of educators and parents, as a necessary foundation for building the inner world of every student.

The gathering will begin at 8:00 PM with evening prayers, immediately followed by speeches from the Grail Steinman and the Rebbe of Vizhnitz. The fact that the Rebbe of Vizhnitz will also speak at the event is part of the attempts to bring back the days when there was a special closeness between him and the Grail.

The second part of the conference will feature detailed instructional chapters on education from the Rebbe of Biala, a member of the Council of Torah Scholars, and the Gaon Rabbi Aviezer Piltz, Rosh Yeshiva Tushiya-Tifrah, followed by professional discussions.

In preparation for the conference, a steering delegation - including the heads of the TAT Administrators Forum - entered the House of the Great Men of Israel, who praised the blessed initiative, noting special issues and adding with restrained pain the many struggles and difficulties that educators encounter in the field of education due to the challenges of the times.

In their remarks, they expanded on the educator's duty to instill fear of God in students and to instill in each mishnah or halakha the duty of observance, as well as the importance of the commandment to honor and respect one's father and mother, and the duty to respect one's teacher, which permeate the hearts of students as a way of life that preceded the Torah.

The Grail Steinman warmly greeted the members of the delegation and noted that the gathering is a "gathering of the righteous that is pleasing to them and pleasing to the world," adding: "The very gathering that brings together the heads of yeshiva and educators Shlita provides great encouragement and great benefit to all those involved in education, and certainly when they are called together to deliberate on strengthening the path of education and matters of the earthly life, which are the foundation of the Torah, there is a blessing in that.".

Rabbi Kanievsky expanded on the duty of educators to be God-fearing, whose influence is clear in instilling fear among students. In his words, he noted that in his childhood, he received from Maran Chazo'a what many did not receive, when Maran Zia'a lightly beat him for the sake of education, when he was playing around in his house, and this was teaching and guidance, because in education there is a need for love, but also for fear and awe.

The Rebbe of Belza received the delegation at his home for a long conversation, during which he noted the virtue of the educators when he trained them, and that the teachers are good and professional and know how to teach and provide gishmak in learning. "Certainly the way of education is out of love and it is appropriate to strengthen and provide tools for parents and educators to cope and instill manners and discipline, which are the foundations of education.".

The Rebbe of Vizhnitz praised the initiative in the meetings of principals and educators, especially since many principals from other places also come together, all together, for the noble goal of success in educating students. The Rebbe of Biala told the members of the delegation that the very holding of the educational meetings for all the shiurim preachers is in accordance with what is written, "There is no comparison between a few who do the mitzvah and many who do the mitzvah.".

Rabbi Edelstein noted in his remarks that in education, it is obligatory to prevent a disaster by increasing the number of trainings and discussions between rabbis and educators on educational methods, and in this way, they prevent a disaster that will not come, and it is obligatory for those involved in education to hear from professionals in these fields, so that they can truly assist and educate each student properly.

At the end of the conference, it will be announced that a set of training and consulting meetings for educators will be established, with a special municipal subsidy from the Bnei Brak Municipality and the "360" program for children and youth, with the aim of enabling all those involved in education to join the programs and purchase educational tools and methods.
