Lavi began his career in radio about twenty years ago as a presenter of current affairs programs on the Holy Channels.
Later, he joined Kol Hai radio and was the first host of the "Main Edition" - the main current affairs segment of Kol Hai in the evenings. Later, he hosted the morning program "From Eight to Ten".
Before arriving at 'Kol Brama', Lavi broadcast the main edition of the 'Kol Chai' radio station in the evening hours.
