Such a family: A woman from the state of Connecticut in the United States has filed a lawsuit for $127,000 against... her nephew, who she says injured her when he jumped into her arms at his birthday party.

The woman, Jennifer Connell, filed the lawsuit in Connecticut court, claiming that her 8-year-old nephew acted unreasonably at the birthday party.

""I arrived at the party, and he, who was happy to see me, jumped towards my arms and caused me to fall and break my wrist.".

Since then, the aunt says, she has been suffering and her life has become 'very difficult', since she lives on the third floor.

Mrs. Connell explained in court that she loves her nephew, now 12, but he must be held accountable for his actions.

The boy himself, who lost his mother last year, sat in court and listened to the lawsuit of his aunt, which was, it must be said, a bit strange.

The juror, by the way, rejected the aunt's claim.
