Ingredients and preparation method:
Dissolve 1/4 cup coffee beans in 3/4 cup boiling water. Mix well and set aside.
2 cups sugar
4 whole eggs, mixed for 5 minutes in a mixer
1 cup oil
Give it some time 2-5 minutes.
Then add one by one:
1 heaped teaspoon vanilla sugar/liquid vanilla
2 cups flour
1/4 cup chocolate powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
Now gradually add the coffee to the water, while stirring, until the mixture is uniform and smooth.
Bake at 160 degrees for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
Check with a skewer.
For the ganache:
2 teaspoons coffee beans
2.5 tablespoons boiling water
3 tablespoons oil
1 cup powdered sugar
Mix and immediately pour over the cake, even while the cake is hot.
It is preferable to use double the amount of cream for the cake, so that it can be poured rather than spread, and there will still be a thick layer.
