Special for the nine days: Fresh sea bream fillet accompanied by cooked bulgur

The nine days are already in full swing, and if you're looking for a 'meatless' menu - accept a suggestion for a quick and healthy recipe: fresh sea bream fillet, accompanied by cooked bulgur.

The recipe for making 5 servings of fresh, clean sea bream fillets. 

Place the fish in the pan and sprinkle with coarse salt.  

The sauce:

2 tablespoons mayonnaise 

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard grains

8 cloves of crushed garlic

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

3 tablespoons cold water

Preparation method:

• Mix well until flavors combine.

• Sprinkle over the fish and use a spoon to brush the sauce all over the fish.

• Place the fish, uncovered, in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

• Remove, scatter cherry tomato quarters in the center of the fish and top with chopped cilantro.

• Place in the grill mode at 200 degrees for another 5 to 7 minutes.

• Serve hot, alongside cooked bulgur.

For bulgur:

 1 onion 

 2 cups bulgur

 4 cups water

 1 tablespoon salt

 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

 1 teaspoon A. Soup

Preparation method:

• Fry the onion until golden brown.

• Add the bulgur.

• Add the boiling water, salt, black pepper and soup powder.

• Mix well, reduce heat to lowest setting, cover for 15 minutes.
