A new tenant has arrived at the President's House sculpture garden: a portrait of Shimon Peres

A statue in the likeness of the ninth president of the State of Israel was placed this morning at the residence of the Presidents of Israel • The statue was created by artist Razia Gershon and was placed in the sculpture garden alongside its predecessors

לגן הפסלים במשכן נשיאי ישראל בירושלים הצטרף היום (ראשון) דייר חדש: פסל בדמותו של הנשיא התשיעי של מדינת ישראל, שמעון פרס. פסל הברונזה הוצב לצד דיוקניהם של שמונת הנשיאים הקודמים ושל בנימין זאב הרצל. פסלו של פרס גדול מעט מאשר הפסלים. את הפסל יצרה האמנית רזיה גרשון והוא הוצב בגינת המשכן, לצד פסלי נשיאי ישראל.
