Holocaust Memorial Day siren. Shabbat Square in Jerusalem • Apart from a small group of Neturei Karta people, who celebrate like a spinning top in the square and protest against the Zionist regime, no one came: no photographers. no journalists. no protesters • Only one of the boys promised: "Come on Memorial Day for the fallen IDF soldiers. All the media will be here. It will be happy" • Watch Ben Ari Boaz's documentary

None of the brains in the square speak Hebrew as a native language. Yiddish is the language in which they try to communicate with those around them, to explain their views against Zionism and the state. Immediately after the siren ended, when secularists who happened to be at the scene approached them, trying to understand what the story was, they replied: "We don't want a state." They were unable to explain more than that. So it's not surprising to see in the video that, compared to previous years, the number of protesters in the square is decreasing.  And only one of the boys promised us: "Come on Memorial Day for the fallen IDF soldiers. All the media will be here. He will be happy.". IMG_8271 (Copy) IMG_8270 (Copy) IMG_8269 (Copy) IMG_8267 (Copy) IMG_8265 (Copy) IMG_8263 (Copy)
