Three Palestinians, residents of the village of Deir Balut in Samaria, were arrested on suspicion of providing the gun to a 17-year-old from Lod, suspected of murdering the couple Olga and Ruslan Prikhodko in the Shephelah.

According to a report this evening (Sunday) by Hadas Greenberg on 'Kan News', the 17-year-old previously worked with one of them, a furniture store owner.

The three were arrested after the 17-year-old suspect confessed to the crimes and gave them away during the murder reenactment. His confession also led investigators to the seizure of the weapons.

So far, the police have arrested eight suspects - the 17-year-old, his father, his three brothers, and the three Palestinians from Deir Lut.

Everyone is prohibited from meeting their lawyers.

A court hearing was held today, during which the suspects appealed the conditions of their detention. The court rejected their appeal.

The Prikhodkos were found shot in their car last Friday near the settlement of Mishmar Ayalon. Suspicion has grown within the security establishment that the motive for the murder was nationalistic.

The suspect's 17-year-old brother was involved in a car-ramming attack at the Glilot intersection two years ago, in which one person was murdered and several were injured.
