According to a report on i24, the indictment states that on Purim in 2020, the defendant met the complainant at the yeshiva boarding school where the two attended. He noticed that the complainant was drunk and hazy after consuming alcohol for Purim, and was even having difficulty maintaining physical control.

According to the indictment, the defendant took advantage of his friend's situation and committed a particularly serious act against him, despite his attempts to resist and his pleas to stop his actions.

Afterwards, he left the place and continued with his daily routine.
