According to the announcement issued by Bennett, this was a pre-arranged meeting intended to discuss political cooperation between the two.
During the meeting, the two discussed, according to the statement, "the steps required in the Correction and Hope Bloc towards the dissolution of the Knesset, leading it to victory and establishing a Zionist government based on the Servant Alliance. The two agreed to continue and meet soon.".
At this time, it is not known whether the two also discussed Eisenkot's unification with the Behad party.
In an interview with the "Friday" program on Channel 13, Eisenkot said that no unification is currently on the agenda: "I'm still running for prime minister.".
