Will the next government necessarily be made up of crooks? There is a possibility.

Assuming that strategic commentator Shlomo Filber is wrong in his polls - according to which Netanyahu's bloc will receive 65 seats - and the 'full right' bloc will not win more than the coveted 61 seats, then:

Option number 1: A government will be formed of Eisenkot-Bennett-Lapid-Lieberman-Yair Golan plus the entry or reliance on the Arab parties, some or all of them.

Which means that the promises of Naftali Bennett and Yair Lapid, "We will rely only on Zionist parties, the Arab parties are not Zionist," and of Avigdor Lieberman (word for word) "I will not sit in a government with the support of the Arabs" - can once again be blown up with a balloon or thrown into the nearby trash can.

Option number 2: A government will be formed of Eisenkot-Bennett-Lapid-Lieberman-Yair Golan-Likud.

Which means that Lieberman's promises ("I will not sit with Netanyahu") can be thrown in the trash with a wheelbarrow (assuming that Bibi is not made of the materials that would lead him to resign after he loses).

To this option, one must add the betrayal of Netanyahu by his ultra-Orthodox partners, who went hand in hand with him even after the indictment and the election rounds.

Option number 3: Avigdor Lieberman is not willing to sit with Netanyahu (as he said, "the world will turn upside down"), the Change Bloc surrenders and forms a government of Bennett-Lapid-Lieberman-Yair Golan-Haredim.

Which violates Lieberman's promise ("Anyone who wants an exclusively Zionist government must vote for Avigdor Lieberman") and also Bennett-Lapid's ("We will rely only on Zionist parties").

Which of these scams do I prefer? None of them.

Either way, there's a stench in the air.

But! If options 1 or 3 come true, it's not certain that you'll hear a word or two about the stench in the media.
