The reserve forces of the 'Iron Fist' Brigade (205) under the command of Division 252 have operated over the past two months in the northern Gaza Strip, east of the Yellow Line.
During their operation, the forces, in cooperation with the Yahalam unit, destroyed eight underground mines and carried out more than six kilometers of systematic drilling to locate and destroy mines along the Yellow Line.
In addition, they eliminated dozens of terrorists and located equipment and weapons belonging to the Hamas terrorist organization.
The forces completed their mission in the region and their sixth round of operations since the beginning of the war. In previous rounds, they also operated in the southern Gaza Strip and southern Lebanon.
The brigade forces will be replaced by the 14th Brigade Combat Team forces.
