According to a report by Guy Peleg on Channel 12, the decision is being made after the police investigation into the "Night Meeting" affair has concluded and the case has been transferred to the State Attorney for review.

At the center of the affair is the suspicion that Braverman met with Eli Feldstein and informed him about the opening of an undercover investigation into the Bild affair. According to the suspicion, the chief of staff warned Feldstein about the criminal investigation that had been opened against him and claimed to him that he could take action regarding the investigation.

The police investigation was completed despite the fact that Prime Minister Netanyahu did not testify in the 'Catargate' and 'Bild' cases.

According to the report, the 'night meeting' case is currently defined as the most mature case, and it is estimated that the official decision of the legal advisor to the government will be published within a few weeks.

It was also reported that Ofer Winter's testimony to the police in the "Night Meeting" affair strengthened Eli Feldstein's version of the affair - and that the investigation officials were able to establish the fact that Tzachi Braverman, as part of his work at the bureau, received information that there was a covert investigation in the Bild affair.
