In the Vizhnitz courtyard, the Hasidim celebrated the 81st birthday of the Vizhnitz Rebbe this evening - the 6th of Iyar.
This evening, after the evening prayer, which the Rebbe prayed in the minyan at the home of his father, the author of "Yeshuot Moshe," the Rebbe went out to the door of the room where his father used to receive the audience for "Kvitlach" - the place where the Omer is counted in the delightful tradition from generation to generation.
The Hasidim present participated in the prayer and the Omer counting ceremony with the Rebbe.
The Rebbe recently returned to his residence in Bnei Brak after a long stay of rest in Moshav Ora, due to his illness.
