Baruch Dayan, the truth teller: The rabbi's esteemed Rabbi Pinchas Reuven, chairman of the 'Kingdom of David' organization, passed away this morning (Tuesday) at the age of 66 - after an illness.

The late Ztz"l, "the roaring lion of the world of repentance," was one of the founders of the "Hidabrot" organization and for years initiated and organized huge rallies during the Ten Days of Repentance and women's conferences throughout the country.

In an interview he gave to Hidabrot, he said: "In the past, we had to convince the outreach organizations of the benefits of holding conferences. The thinking was that, apparently, we don't really need these conferences. After all, these are women who come to lectures, and listen or even watch them from home. Why spend so much money on holding a mass conference? What does a conference lasting a few hours provide beyond what they receive at home?

""But after a few conferences, the organizations began to understand the power inherent in holding them: The day after each conference, they receive a huge amount of inquiries, women whose worlds were shaken by the conference. By simply arriving at a conference with many participants, each one sees that she is not alone, she is part of something huge and powerful, part of a huge public. It strengthens and empowers, it pushes for further steps. Countless women call to say that 'this event changed my life.'".

Rabbi Pinchas zt"l distributed books and Psalms at a discounted price, and ran his store on Hashomer Street in Bnei Brak.

He began his career in the printing industry, revolutionizing the prices of basic textbooks. He began his career by printing pamphlets encouraging the rabbi, Rabbi Zamir Cohen, and other rabbis.

He later said: "My beginning was when God placed me in the printing industry. I had the privilege of bringing about a real revolution in everything related to the prices of elementary school textbooks, which in the past were sold at unreasonable and disproportionate prices.".

""Everything I learned in the field of printing, I transferred to the field of mass credit. Printing and distributing brochures, CDs, and the like used to involve astronomical costs, and we used all the methods we developed in the field of printing to reduce costs and reach as many people as possible. From there, the conferences and everything else developed.".

A decade ago, he suffered two severe strokes, but by the grace of God he recovered and rehabilitated.

In recent weeks, his condition deteriorated again and he passed away this morning.

His funeral departed at 1:30 PM from the "Chazon Yosef" synagogue, 26 Baal Hatanya Street in the city, and at 5:00 PM from the Jerusalem Community Funeral Home on Har Hamenuchot in Jerusalem, where he will be buried.,
