The 'Coffee Greg' chain is launching a strictly kosher Le'hadrin menu for summer 2026 this week at 85 of its branches across the country, featuring dishes from the major culinary arenas of Europe and the US - with an emphasis on brunch meals that star overseas.
The new menu is in charge of the head chef of 'Greg'' Elad Amsalem - And the result: an accessible and experiential menu that feels foreign, with dishes that look good on Instagram.
In the breakfast segment, 'Greg' presents thoughtful dishes that combine quality ingredients, contemporary techniques, and a luxurious brunch experience.
At 'Gerge', they emphasize that the choice was to maintain a daily, accessible and affordable entertainment experience - without compromising on quality ingredients, generosity and culinary freshness.
Yair Malka, Gilad Almog and Nir Adro, owners of the chain: "It was important to us to maintain an Israeli mix in the Cafe Greg chain that draws inspiration from Europe and the US. Social networks contributed greatly to changing the menu, because we understood that today culinary is necessarily part of an experience - and a culinary experience is largely based on visuals, and if it is both delicious and photographed well - all the better.".
The management added: "The new menu was built out of a desire to refresh, innovate, and bring to our branches up-to-date dishes that speak the contemporary culinary language.""
