Reports of shrapnel hits and injuries were received from Bnei Brak, Petah Tikva, Tel Aviv and Givat Shmuel. Damage was caused to property and infrastructure. According to the United Hatzalah, so far 32 sites of interception shrapnel hits and injuries have been located in central Israel.

8 people were slightly injured following falls in Bnei Brak and Petah Tikva. In Bnei Brak, two women and four children aged 6, 3 and two babies aged about 1.5 years, were slightly injured by the impact of the falling sheet. In Petah Tikva, 2 men were slightly injured.

One of the shrapnels that fell in Bnei Brak led to a partial collapse of the roof of a building - where a mother and her two children, who were slightly injured, were rescued from the building and evacuated to a hospital. Major damage at the scene.

At another center, a woman was treated for minor injuries from glass shards.

A fragment fell on the roof of a prayer tent in the Kiryat Herzog neighborhood. The worshippers were in a protected area. Due to the force of the fragment's impact, a bicycle flew and fell into the hole that was created.

In addition, interception fragments fell in two open areas in the city.

In Petah Tikva, Givat Shmuel and Bnei Brak, several vehicles caught fire, and fire and rescue teams worked at the various scenes to control the flames and prevent them from spreading to nearby residential buildings. In Tel Aviv, a vehicle was found upside down on its side.

MDA emergency medical technician Yoel Shechter said: "We received a report of several scenes in the Bnei Brak sector. We arrived at the scene quickly with intensive care vehicles, ambulances and MDA immediate response motorcycles. We saw destruction on the top floor of the building. We began conducting extensive scans. 6 victims were walking around in a minor condition after being hit by the sheet.".

MDA paramedic Yehuda Shoshana added: "When we arrived at the scene, we saw destruction in a residential building and a lot of commotion. We immediately began scanning to make sure there were no people trapped, during which six people with minor injuries, two women and four children, came out of the building. We provided them with initial medical treatment on the spot, and three of them needed further tests, and we evacuated a six-month-old baby, a 6-and-a-half-year-old boy, and a 40-year-old woman to the hospital.".

United Hatzalah stated: "United Hatzalah's medical teams have scanned all the scenes and are updating that miraculously there are no physical injuries. With the exception of one scene in Bnei Brak, where they provided assistance to six people in very light condition - some of them children and infants. Extensive damage was caused to buildings and vehicles.".

Yechiel Miller, a United Hatzalah medic, at one of the scenes in Bnei Brak: "This is a case of extensive destruction caused to a residential building. With the assistance of other medics, I provided assistance at the scene to two women and four children and infants who were slightly injured. United Hatzalah resilience teams provided assistance to the victims of the panic.".
