A cluster missile launched from Iran hit several locations in the city of Bnei Brak at noon (Sunday), causing damage to buildings.

In one of the locations, the missile hit the third floor of a building and caused damage to the site.

Rescue forces provided medical treatment to a 60-year-old man who was moderately injured by glass fragments to the head. The injured man was taken to Ichilov Hospital for further treatment.

Hundreds of curious city residents gathered at the scene of the crash not far from the city hall.

The Bnei Brak municipality complained: "Currently, at the scene of the crash in the city, there is a convoy of vehicles from the security and rescue forces that cannot reach the scene due to a dangerous gathering of civilians. We ask every parent to take responsibility for their children and ensure that they do not remain there.".

According to the municipality, several pieces of shrapnel fell throughout the city - three of them in open areas, with no casualties or damage.

A cluster bomb fell on a residential building on Jerusalem Street, damaging eight apartments whose residents were evacuated to a hotel. A person who was in his car at the time of the fall was moderately injured and a person who was in the stairwell at the time of the fall was slightly injured. In addition, one person was injured at the scene.

MDA emergency medical technician Moshe Weinman said: "We arrived at the scene of a collapse with destruction to the building. Shattered glass on the floor, smoke and commotion. We treated one patient in moderate condition, about 60 years old, with wounds from glass fragments. We are operating with large forces at the scene and are continuing to scan to make sure there are no additional casualties.".

Speaking to 'Kol Berama', Weinman said from the scene: "A 60-year-old man who was moderately injured got out of a vehicle that was hit by shrapnel. If he had entered the police station, it would have ended differently. Several apartments were significantly damaged."'

Yaakov Malka, Avi Stern and Yechiel Miller, United Hatzalah paramedics: "This is damage to a residential building and a private vehicle as a result of shrapnel. A 60-year-old driver of a vehicle who was moderately injured was taken to Ichilov Hospital. Several panic victims were located at the scene - some of them children. United Hatzalah resilience teams are providing them with assistance.".
