US Secretary of War Pete Hasseth held a press conference today (Friday), alongside the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the United States Army, General Dan Kaine.

The General addressed the situation of the new Supreme Leader and warned the Iranians that today was going to be the most intense day of bombing since the outbreak of the war.

""The United States is destroying the army of the extremist Iranian regime in a way the world has never seen before," said the Minister of War. "Never has a modern and capable army like the Iranian army was in the past been destroyed so quickly, rendering the fighting ineffective.".

""The combination of the two strongest air forces in the world is unprecedented and unbeatable. No other combination of countries in the world can do this. Now, when the Revolutionary Guards and the Iranian regime look up at the sky, they see only two things on the side of the planes - the stars and stripes, and the Star of David.".

The Minister of War added: "The evil regime's worst nightmare has come true. They are showing complete desperation in the Strait of Hormuz and we are dealing with it, so there is no need to worry about it. Soon, very soon, all of Iran's defenses will be destroyed. For example, as of two days ago, every company that builds components for ballistic missiles has been destroyed.".

Regarding Mojtaba Khamenei, the journalist said: "We know that the so-called new leader is injured, his face has probably been disfigured. He issued a statement yesterday, but there was no sound or video, it was just a written statement. Iran has plenty of cameras and plenty of voice recorders, so why only a written statement? Why didn't they film him? I think you understand why... Mojtaba Khamenei has probably become disfigured because of the bombings.

""His father died, and he died of fear, wounded and persecuted. He lacks legitimacy. It's a mess for them." Regarding the state of the Iranian regime, he said that it is "confused and at a loss, they are in complete chaos." According to him, "the Iranian leadership is desperate and hiding underground. This is what rats do.".

The minister also said that Iran's missile launch volume has decreased by 90 percent and the volume of drone launches decreased by 95 percent yesterday.

The Minister of War emphasized: "The reports that the Trump administration misjudged the impact of the Iran war on the Strait of Hormuz are ridiculous. For decades, Iran has threatened shipping in the Strait of Hormuz. That's what they always do - try to hold the Strait hostage." He reassured: "We are handling the situation. Don't worry about it.".

He promised: "Today will again be the highest number of strikes that the United States has carried out over the skies of Iran and Tehran.".

American Chief of Staff Kaine added: "Today we will attack with the most severe force yet. Today will be the day with the largest kinetic fire yet, we will destroy the Iranian Navy in order to ensure freedom of maritime movement.".

President Donald Trump issued a particularly strong statement on his Truth Social account this morning, declaring the near-total destruction of Iran's military capabilities. In his remarks, the president emphasized that the United States is working on all fronts – military, economic, and strategic – to dismantle the "terrorist regime" in Tehran.

""We are completely destroying Iran's terrorist regime, militarily, economically and otherwise," the president wrote, "and yet, if you were to read the failed New York Times, you would mistakenly think we are not winning. The Iranian navy is gone, their air force no longer exists, missiles, drones and everything else are destroyed, and their leaders have been wiped off the face of the earth.".

Trump added: "We have unprecedented firepower, unlimited ammunition and plenty of time – watch what happens to these crazy scumbags today. They have been killing innocent people all over the world for 47 years, and now I, as the 47th President of the United States of America, kill them. What a great honor it is to do so!".

In addition, Trump addressed the rumors about Mojtaba Khamenei in an interview with Fox News tonight - saying: "He's probably alive. I think he's hurt, but I think he's probably alive in some way.".
