US Defense Secretary Pete Hasseth sent a message to the Islamic Republic today (Thursday), in a briefing he held for the media at the US Army Central Command headquarters in Florida: "Iran is making a big mistake. If it thinks we can't continue, we've only just begun.".
Al-Hasseth added that America has no "shortage of ammunition," and emphasized the power of the superpower: "The stockpiles we have of defensive and offensive weapons allow us to continue this campaign as long as we need to.".
The General praised the historic cooperation with Israel and warned Iran: "If you think you've seen something, wait. The intensity of the fighting, which is still flowing and coming, and which we can use against Iran, will be many times greater than it is now. We have only just begun.".
He said, "The mission is progressing decisively. We have disabled most of the Iranian fleet, hit the launchers, and achieved full control of the sea and the air.".
Al-Hassath referred to Iranian protesters calling for regime change and said: "The US and the Israelis are harming people who are trying to harm the protesters.".
He emphasized: "No one has done more than Trump to enable those who want a free Iran to do so. He addressed the protesters: "Don't go out to demonstrate while the bombs are falling. The moment will come when they decide it's time to leave.".
CENTCOM Commander Admiral Brad Cooper also spoke, saying that the US military is continuing "at full speed.".
""American military power is growing stronger while Iranian power is weakening. In the last hour, B-2 bombers have dropped heavy bombs on missile launchers. Missile attacks are down by 90%, drone attacks are down by 83%. We have sunk more than 30 ships. In the last few hours, we attacked a drone carrier and it is now on fire. We are also destroying their ability to rebuild their missile array.".
Cooper added: "In the next phase, we will dismantle Iran's missile construction system. We have destroyed Iran's air defense systems in recent days. American and Israeli combat power will continue to eliminate Iran's ability to strike outside its borders.".
