Hadas and Itamar planned to hold their son's circumcision at Shaarei Tzedek, since Hadas is still hospitalized in Maternity Ward A at the medical center after giving birth.
But just before the ceremony, when everything was ready, and all the guests and staff in the department had gathered in a designated room, an alarm was triggered.
The event was stopped to ensure the quick and safe evacuation of all participants to the protected area located adjacent to the ward, and resumed immediately upon receiving the message allowing them to leave.
The event did not end there: in a moving closing of a circle, the family members brought the "Kirit HaBrit", on which a special dedication was embroidered: "For the repose of the soul of the Hero of Israel, Uriel Aviad Silverman" - a family friend who fell in the battles in the Gaza Strip.
The mohel at the wedding was moved by the sight of the pillow and said: "I was honored to be circumcised in the family of the late Uriel, and now I am circumcising another baby on a pillow in his memory, in the midst of another war.".

The covenant was concluded when Hadas and Itamar revealed the baby's name – Micah Yair.
Hadas and Itamar thanked all the staff at Shaare Zedek for the medical treatment and the quick organization of the circumcision ceremony.
The event was quickly organized under the leadership of the nurse in charge of Maternity Ward A, Tami Weizman, who said: "We immediately mobilized, especially at this time, to organize the exciting alliance. No alarm stopped us - as soon as it was over, we immediately continued the event with great excitement. I wish Hadas a speedy recovery and only peace from the sweet Micha Yair.".
""From the very first moments of Operation 'Harry's Roar', we opened birthing rooms in protected complexes, with the goal that every woman giving birth would receive a warm and caring environment, especially given the security situation. Just like during routine days, Shaare Zedek's dedicated teams are here for you to provide you with a pleasant and safe birthing experience.".
