Dramatic upheaval in the left bloc: Eisenkot leaps, Bennett crashes, Lapid scrapes the roadblock

Data from a survey conducted by Shlomo Filber and published this evening (Thursday) on Channel 14 indicates that if the elections were held today, the right-wing bloc led by Likud would remain stable with 65 seats, while Naftali Bennett is collapsing on the question of suitability for the prime ministership.

According to the data, Likud loses one seat compared to the previous poll and receives 33 seats. The Joint List maintains its strength with 13 seats.

The one who surprises and strengthens with two seats is Gadi Eisenkot, with his party 'Yashar' receiving 11 seats.

Shas is also strengthening, rising to 11 seats.

Bennett's party loses its exclusive third position on the list and is pushed to 5th place - with 10 seats, one less than the previous poll. Yair Golan's 'Democrats' maintains its strength with 9 seats. Yisrael Beiteinu remains with 8 seats.

United Torah Judaism loses one seat compared to the previous poll and gains 8 seats. Ben-Gvir's Otzma Yehudit with 8 seats, similar to last week.

Smotrich's Religious Zionism is gaining strength in the mandate and stands at 5 mandates, while Yair Lapid's Yesh Atid is once again scraping the threshold with 4 mandates - one less than the previous poll.

Benny Gantz's Blue and White party does not pass the electoral threshold.

In terms of blocs: The right-wing bloc remains stable and receives 65 seats. The left-wing bloc with 42 seats. The Arab parties with 13 seats.

On the question of suitability for the role of Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu continues to lead by a large margin, and is even stronger than last week, receiving 55% support (an increase of 3%). Gadi Eisenkot occupies second place on the list with 19% support percentages – an increase of 3%. Bennett loses 7 percent and receives only 14%. Lieberman is also on an upward trend with 6%, and Benny Gantz remains far behind.

Should Israel depend on the US decision regarding the elimination of the Iranian threat? 

The majority of the Israeli public believes that the country should act independently against the Iranian threat, regardless of the decisions of the United States. To the question "Should Israel depend on the decision of the United States regarding the elimination of the Iranian threat?" - 55% of those surveyed answered in the negative.

The complete data shows that 38% of those surveyed believe that Israel should depend on Washington's decision, while 7% responded that they have no position on the issue.
